Ai Kurafuto

Ai kurafuto is the title of our most recent game, it consists of a reinterpretation of the myths of Lovecraft but located in Japan (in the purest style of the new Silent Hill f).

       In this universe Japan was conquered by the USA thus avoiding the nuclear and atomic disasters of said country. The conquest has caused a kind of hybrid mixture between both cultures, giving a unique style to our Japan with references to American architecture and some customs, the population is also divided because a percentage of the population are Americans. The Japanese people are divided because not all accept this new conquest, thus giving rise to a social conflict between both cultures, some of these have created a cult towards the primordial beings (Lovecraftian creatures) whom they have confused with their kaijus gods, these have changed to free them, he promised to free them from the American conquest and restore autonomy to Japan. 

       This is where our story comes in where two Americans, a professor and a journalist who have recently arrived in the country in order to investigate the social conflict between the two cultures, who after an incident with the tenants of a house near where they are staying, run into a police and a Japanese geisha and after investigating a little the case of said house, they will find themselves involved in an even greater mystery that involves said cult and a being that little by little prepares its return.
